Job Update

I just thought I would blog a little about my job. I am really beginning to enjoy it. I really think it'll be more fun once I get the hang of it. I work at A-1 Uniforms in Orem. We sell scrubs mostly, but some other uniforms and acessories. I am learning a great deal about scrubs and lab coats, police pants, and piolet shirts and other things that we sell. There is just so much to learn and sometimes I feel useless and stupid because I don't know anything. I am trying however. I try to take good notes and pay attention when the other women who I work with are explaining something to a customer.
I did learn the other day that the difference between a lab coat and a warmer jacket (they are both white) the warmer has the cotten cuff sleeves and the lab coats don't. Small little important detail actually. I can't remember why, but yeah.
Difference between scrubs? Well, the Landua and Grey's Anatomy brands are very nice brands. The Grey's Anatomy and UCB brands have a softer material. The Dickies and Cheroke are less expensive and those are the only brands that have Uni-sex tops and bottoms. Uni-sex means the top has two pockets and is a squarish as opposed to the fitted womens tops. The pants are just regular pants.
That's just a little bit of what I have learned at my work. It's pretty fun explaining it to people. Even though I am not very good at it yet and probably all of that above didn't make any sense. But hey, I tried. :)
