So, I have been training for my 5k that's next Saturday in Orem. My friend Mallory got me really into 5Ks when we ran the one in Provo. My goal for this one is 35 mintues. We'll have to see how it goes. For my training I have been trying to run 2 miles without walking. I haven't been doing very well. I have been running well a slow jog then walk then a slow jog again. I hope to be able to run this 5K in a faster jog with out wanting to pass out in the end. A bunch of us at work are going to run it. We are going to have matching shirts. It'll be fun. THen I think that my friend Mallory and I are going to run a race in Alpine in August. Hopefully my times will keep getting better.Anyway,I wanted to update my blog, this is probably a random blah blah blah blog, but that's ok. I just wanted to update on my running. Probably no one cares,oe'll.

My Training..

keep up the good work! it's hard to train, so keep your chin up. i'm glad you are working toward achieving your goals. stick to it!
