So, the thing I really like about my store(Allen's) is that were a small enough that we can do stuff like get together groups for 5ks. It really is a lot of fun. I enjoy it. So for Orem Summerfest some of my co-workers and I got together and ran the 5k. Mary the store director got us all white t-shirts and put some fun stuff on the front and who ever wanted to signed the back.
As for the race I did ok I guess. I beat my last time so that's good. So this time I got 36:25. Something like that. Hopefully they will post it online so that I can make sure of the right time. I didn't run the whole time, but I pounded hard at the end I think people were pretty surprised at how hard I was going at the end. ]
And let me tell you men in uniform uh-huh. There were a lot of hot firefighters. Hey I'm a single girl what can I say? But enjoy the pictures.
