So I decided to do a little something different. I am going to blog about my projects and show you before and after pictures. So this is some shots of my desk and surrounding area. I know right? It's a disaster area. Looks like Hurricane Sandy came through my house. But my goal is to clean it and get it all organized. I have set up a new project management system of which I got some ideas from some people on YouTube (so I can't take all the credit....one specific youtuber I got it from is organizedlikejen).
So here are some before pictures and I will show you the project management after I get this project done and the after shots.
May be this will give ya'll some motivation and ideas. I just like organizing.
A few tips about organizing:
1) start decluttering by sorting like items. That's the biggest part.
2) get rid off stuff you ARE NOT using. Don't justify just de-junk.
Get rid of it.
3) if you feel overwhelmed with a project make a list with all the steps to complete the project (more on that coming soon). Work on one or two steps a day.
