Navoo Vacation Pictures!!

So here are the pictures I promised. They will probably be out of order. Sorry! Mind you these are only a few of the pictures that were taken and a few of the places we went.

Here is me ready to go on on the plane. I love flying.

My fam at the Navoo temple. It was a very neat experience.

I love this statue. It is a bittersweet thought to think of the
Prophet Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrum looking back on the
beautiful city of Navoo for the last time. But they knew there time was
done. They knew that Heavenly Father would take care of His
people.

At the end of Parley Street where the saints crossed the river.
As I looked back on Navoo as we were walking down the road, I kinda
felt a little may be as the pioneers felt leaving that beautiful city. And their
beloved temple.

My sister and I having fun. I think this is when we were
taking a wagon ride.

Taking a tour at...I don't remember where...somewhere.
(Don't mind my gut hanging out! Gross!)

This is on the banks of Fishing River where the
Zion's Camp event took place.

My sister in law, my sister and I at Liberty Jail.

The thing that I learned from Navoo then coming back to Salt Lake area where the pioneers finally came to, is that faith is what gets true followers of Christ through life. If we have faith in the Savior, we will do what ever it takes to get through the hard times. We will listen and follow the prophet because he is the mouthpiece of God. He literally is. He is not just some guy who is good to listen to. He speaks God's word and if we want peace in this live even through the hard times and everlasting life in the world to come, we will listen to what the prophet has to say and then do it.

I know this church is the ONLY true church of Jesus Christ. It is our only true source of happiness. I know faith is so very important.

Jesus Christ lives and loves us.

In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
Me on the plane ready to go. I love flying. (Sorry, I look kinda
weird.)
