I can't believe my baby brother is getting married on Saturday! Craziness. I've often thought about how serious marriage is. It's really a big commitment. My friend said something that really made me kind of sad for her. I told her my brother was getting married Saturday and she said, "eh, they'll be divorced in a year anyway." She doesn't have a clear view of the gospel and what families forever means. It just made me really sad how some people think like that. I want a marriage where sure, we'll have problems, but we both know where we are going and we are both willing to work things out here so we can get there. I know marriage takes a lot of work, patience, love and the gospel. I don't know why I'm blogging this, but it's the only thing I can think of to blog until later on this weekend. So there ya go.
