My trip to Cedar City

So,I went to Cedar City Utah this weekend to visit some friends. My friend Joey and his wife Naketa. It was pretty fun. Friday March 6, we went to Zion Canyon near St. George Utah and hiked Angel's Landing. It is about two miles, but a very strenuious hike. It's crazy. Towards the end you have to use these chains that they have to get up. It's a pain in the butt (literally). But I made it! Plus I was still feeling ok to go on two more 1/2 mile hikes! I think I'm in better shape that I though I was. There was a nice girl named Louri that hiked about my pace and Naketa was nice enough to say behind with us. I was very grateful to both of them because I am not a fast hiker. I liked the pace they went. But I did better. My dad wants to go up to the top of Timp, so may be I will do it this summer with him. This certainly got me in shape for my 5K in April. Let's just say it kills to sit down and stand up and walk up and down stairs. I'm ready for a nice soak in the tub and a long nap! But it was fun. :)
